我終於總結出麵粉和水的比例。

包子、餃子、饅頭之類的： 2杯麵粉+（3/4杯+2tbsp)水

麵條：2杯麵粉+3/4杯水

油條：2杯麵粉+1杯水

麵粉是中筋麵粉。
