辣子雞翅——細膩滑嫩，香辣下飯！！

辣子雞翅非常的嫩滑，可以媲美水煮牛蛙的滑嫩，而且辣的過癮，辣的實在。做起來也不需要花很長時間，真的是家庭必備佳肴！我的這個做法借鑒了辣子雞的做法，不過不需要炸雞塊，但是卻可以達到炸雞塊的細嫩，油用的也很少，更健康哦。大家一定要試試，絕對的好吃！！！就是不知道對你來說辣不辣？反正我是不需要一邊喝冰水，一邊還要拚命往嘴巴裏塞的。喜歡我的視頻，歡迎瘋狂點擊，多多訂閱~~~

原料：

雞翅中500g，

花椒10粒，

蔥20g，

薑5g，

蒜10g，

鹽4g，

生抽15g，

黑胡椒粉1g，

辣椒粉1g，

料酒10g，

糖2g，

陳醋10g，

老抽5g，

澱粉40g，

幹紅椒20g

水100g

油15g
