明天早上涼，希望大家短打扮外麵套個長袖的。熱了可以脫了係在腰上。他是這樣寫的：
TOMORROW’S 20 MILER:
I just checked the weather (again) for tomorrow's run. When we start the run, it will be in the low to mid 40s. By 10:00 it should be in the mid 50s. At the start, you will probably feel cold. As you run, and both your core temperature and the ambient temperature goes up, you may find yourself overdressed. The good news is you will be getting back to the parking lot several times to pick up/drop off clothing items as the conditions change. A couple of ideas to consider: wear a short sleeve top under a long sleeve top at the start, and if you get too warm, you can remove the top layer and tie the long sleeves around your waist. Another idea is to start out wearing thin gloves, which can be easily carried in a pocket or tucked under your water belt to carry. If you start out with long pants, you might want to wear running shorts underneath, so you can simply remove the long pants if you get too warm, and toss them in your car at one of the water stops.
