新人第一帖，順便立一個十年理財目標的flag

新人報道，一直知道這個版很多厲害的前輩，今年將是我第一年做full time investor的一年，想在這裏冒個泡，立一個10年理財目標的flag。

late 30s，工作十年，現在net worth大概4.3m，家庭收入都是浮動的，現在大概70多萬，十年的淨值目標是2千萬 （17.5%的年化）到4千萬 （26%年化）。

無法做10年的詳細計劃，隻能定一個初步的目標。2021年的計劃如下：

1: 裝修一個房子，主動增值300k-500k

2: 完成幾個refi，增加現金流，recycle capital

3: 在中國一線城市置換一套房子

4: 進行有計劃的budgeting，增加200k-400k的股票。

5: 小倉位持有比特幣和以太坊。

6: 爭取w2收入能上一個台階。

worst case scenario大概2021年年底可以實現20%的淨值增長，best case scenario大概可以做到30%淨值增長，在此立flag，一年後回來總結。
