請教大俠：人在美國以外，如果file NIW 140以後，還可以F1 入境US嗎？

請教：人在美國以外，如果提交了 NIW 140以後，就有了移民intent, 但是還沒有批準，即使批準，還要等待幾年，期間還可以申請F1 入境US嗎？多謝。
