求教8老師和填過I944及給父母辦過綠卡的熱心朋友
給母親申請綠卡（人在美國），我做sponsor, 我個人工資已經遠高出必須的數目了。
1. I944, Part 3 item 9, You household's assets and resources, ，還需要列出我所有的財產項目，包括房產,銀行statement, retirement, stocks之類的嗎？-Yes.
房產是貸款如何證明cash value呢？-Provide the house market value, and then also provide the loan for the house in Debts part..
2. I944, Part 3 item 10, Liabilities/Debts, 問的是 "your liabilities"是不是可以理解為我母親而不用填我的？
-Because you provide the support for her, you need to put you as your mother's household member and then, put your personal information in the form.
她沒有任何信貸可以都填zero？
-She can put zero for her information.
如果必須填我的，如果item 9裏麵不列出房產，這裏是不是mortgage就可以填zero？如果必須填我應該填目前房價的outstanding balance對嗎？
3. 再問一個I30的問題，父母離婚，為母親一人申請，還需要提供結婚公證了？-Yes, she needs to provide the copies of both marriage and divorce certificates.
我提供了離婚公正，但是上麵隻有離婚日期，沒有結婚日期。如果必須，結婚證已經找不到了，
-Ask the 派出所 to issue 一證明， then do the 公證.
B2 extension馬上就到期了，所以來不及在國內辦理，能不能先遞交申請，以後有辦法補交嗎？- Maybe work, but her overstay does not affect her I-485 approval.
4. 另如果將來給父親申請，結婚公證和離婚公證都需要嗎？-Yes. So, you do it now and it can be used for your father in the future.
不太明白父母的婚姻證明是要證明什麽呢？
