臨時綠卡在遞交829時得到I-751顯示臨時綠卡自動延期18個月至今年12月，回美證明年5月到期。
上次入境是去年10月。
請問8老師：
1. 今年12月前無法入境蓋章551， 是否失去綠卡身份？
-No because you have filed I-829 in time.
2. 明年5月前入境，持回美證，過期綠卡和751收據 能在國內出境和美國入境嗎？
-Yes, show the reentry permit to the airlines to board the airplane. Show the reentry permit, the expired green card and the I-829 Receipt notice to the IO at the port of entry and explain why you are unable to return to US on time. By the way, you had better return to US as soon as you can in case somehting unexpected happens to your I-829 (e.g. denial before you return).
入境後由於自動延長18個月的臨時綠卡已經過期，還能去蓋551章？-Yes.
