親愛的8老師，

昨天聽了您的建議,問了隔壁法律版的老師 ，他說可以跟procecutor negotiate down to civil penalty, from class 2 misdemeanor.我想問問您，如果是civil penalty

1)對綠卡renewal有影響麽？-Not at all.

2）對回國再回來入關有影響麽？-No.

3）對申請公民有影響麽？-No.

4) civl penalty也是記錄跟一輩子麽，還是過一段可以消除， 我在AZ.-No. It will not appear in your criminal record. It just requires you to pay the fine, just like traffic ticket.
