請教8老師：我是美國公民。父母曾經在2010年獲得過綠卡，但因健康原因多年未曾來美，本身還未過期，但覺得綠卡已經失效。

現在因為疫情，中美斷航，世界局勢很不穩定，又鑒於父母年紀大了，我想把他們接來美國照顧。我可以出具所有的開支和經濟擔保證明。

請問目前情況下，他們還有重新獲得簽證近期來美國的可能嗎？

-Yes. But they need to abandon the green card first, and then apply for B2 visa to enter US. Then, you can sponsor their green card again as you did before. But be careful and don't let the visa officer thinks they have immigrant inetent when they apply for B2 visa.
