     如果我回國後讓我女朋友給我申請K1簽證，是否有必要等幾個月後再申請？

-Not need. She can sponsor your K1 visa any time, even do it now and then, you can go to China before your B2 I-94 expires to apply for the K1 visa in China. Or you can get married now and then, you can go to China and, then she can sponsor you to apply for K3 visa or immigrant visa in China.

還是申請時間無所謂？
