H4需要出美國國境再回來。老公現在為A公司工作，但是已經拿到B公司的offer並且在辦理H1B Transfer。公司也要H4遞交材料一起辦H4 Transfer。老公預計11月30號結束A公司的工作，然後12月1號開始為B公司工作；H1B transfer 的材料預計10月底遞交；H4在11月中旬出境，下旬入美國國境。
請問8老師：1. H1B Transfer 期間，H4可以用以前用A公司獲得的H4 Visa出境入境麽？
-Depends on whether your spouse still works for A Company when you return. If yes, then you are OK to enter US using the H-1 approval notice from A Company. If your spouse has worked for B Company at that time, then you has to use the H-1 approval notice from B Company (you need to wait for the H-1 transfer is approved in this case).
需要什麽準備什麽材料呢？-Same as you did before.
Visa有效至明年，上麵有A公司信息 _It does not matter. You can use this visa to enter US even if your spouse works for B Company with B Company H-1 approval notice.
。2. H4 Transfer是必須的嗎？
-Not need to do it if you will leave US and use the H4 visa to come back.
是否可以回美後自己遞交？
-Yes, but you only need to extend it before your H-4 I-94 expires in the future.
