Eb1，485 pending，EAD/AP卡已拿到 H1b已批，8月生效，境內自動轉身份 年底必須要回國一次，打算途經加拿大的時候簽H1b簽證。但H1b很可能會check，如果等不急clear，就隻能拿AP入境美國了 請問這種情況H1b的 check 最終還會clear + 批準嗎？ 如果會的話，等clear 以後還能出境 去美領館貼簽證，然後用H1b visa 入境重新建立H1b status嗎？因為住在美加邊境城市，非常容易出境去加國的美領館 謝謝老師！
-After you reenter US using AP, your pending H-1B visa application in the US Consulate will be automatically considered as abandonment. But you still can use the H-1B benefits work for your employer without using EAD. You can also reinstate your H-1B status by doing H-1B extension/transfer or getting the H-1B visa outside US in the future. So, using AP to enter US does not affect anything on your H-1B too much.
