Ms. A finally Received her AOS interview request after VAWA I-360 approval. However, the notice does not mention her gaughter, who submitted I-485 as a derivative child listed on the VAWA I-360 petition.
Their I-485s were not submitted at the same time. Ms A filed before VAWA approval and her daughter filed after VAWA approval. Ms. A's I-485 was transferered to NBC on 9/21/2017 and her daughter's on 11/07/2017. Sould she be worry, or what she can do at this point regarding her daughter's AOS interview?
