新手請教： 在Chicago買地要注意什麽？

我們這周準備開始看地，看能否買塊地自己蓋起來賣。

Context：

1-我自己是搞建築設計的，有real estate license，但目前不active。

2-地在勞模區，安全還好吧。

 

請教大家我需要做哪些功課，需要注意什麽？ 同時，我需要reactive 我的地產經紀license嗎？
